Introduction
Ingolf is originally from Germany, lives in Florida, and is racing RAAM in the solo 50-59 age category. He has been cycling for only a few years but was a runner previously. He does well with little sleep which will be helpful during RAAM when sleep deprivation can be a challenge. He is a software consultant, specializing in SAP implementations with a focus on logistics (production, sales, service).
